Daddy Dude-L  / Cory Jensen

I am a Canadian children’s visual story teller based in the province of British Columbia.

My work is influenced by a variety of different artist from Ukrainian, United Kingdom, and asian background that I discovered on my journey to becoming a master children’s illustrator.

I’ve been serious about gaining the knowledge and skills it takes to create stunning art and began adopting different styles in order to learn a variety of techniques.

My favoured subjects to draw is cute, ninja, or fantasy based characters. I especially like to mix them together, example: a ninja kitty with a kitty katana, I called him Sensei Shnookums.

Although I love learning and painting digital art, it makes me happier to be a father of three wonderful boys. Taking care of my family helps open my mind to new, possibilities in my work.
